History & Geography Teacher

We require a well-qualified, dynamic and dedicated social studies teacher for our Individuals and Societies curriculum. This is a full-time post.

The ideal candidate will be able to teach both History and Geography. The disciplines are taught separately, but we expect interdisciplinary themes and concepts to be made throughout.

SEK Dublin is an international day and boarding school 35 minutes south of Dublin, between Greystones and Bray, set amongst a stunning natural environment. Children begin at 11 and progress through to secondary up to 18 years of age.

We are the first and only school in Ireland that offers the prestigious International Baccalaureate MYP and IB Diploma programmes. An understanding of the IB programme would be an advantage.

We value teachers that work collaboratively and engage their pupils through enquiry based learning.
